Other things to note

Dear Guests,
Starting Monday June 26 at 8:00 am the roofing renovation will begin.
Noise, vibration and dust are a necessary by-product of the re-roofing process. There will be noise throughout the project. The first 6 weeks will be the nosiest throughout the first phase of project with roof removal. The noise will concentrate where our crew is removing or tearing off old roof.
As you know, the re-roofing process necessarily involves large equipment, noise, vibration, dust, odor, and other inconveniences. We will do our best to minimize these effects and to complete your project with as little inconvenience as possible.
Work hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday weather permitting.

PLEASE YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE SUBMIT A REGISTRATION FORM WITH THE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION THAT MANAGES THE RULES AND REGULATIONS IN THE BUILDING WHERE OUR APARTMENT IS LOCATED:
In order for me to complete and submit this Registration form to the Condominium office on your behalf, I will need the following information from you as soon as possible. This condominium administration has a strict rule that they MUST receive all this information at least 10 days prior to your check in date:

1- Clear copy or photo of your ID or passport (send by email, Airbnb message)

2- Your date of birth (if not shown in your ID or Passport)

3- Your full address (if not shown in your ID or Passport)

4- Your phone number:

6- Full name of all other adults over 18 years old in your party if any:

Due to our condominium association rules and rental requirements, failure to complete this requirement within the time frame mentioned above, will result on denial and cancellation of your booking. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Upon arrival, guests will need to pay a Check-In Fee of $40 for your entire reservation. THIS IS A ONE TIME PAYMENT! NOT PER PERSON. All guests staying in the apartment will be required to provide a valid copy of their ID at check-in. The building does not allow any unregistered guests. Maximum apartment occupancy is 4 adults.
Front desk is open 7 days a week until 10 PM. If you arrive after 10 PM, you can still have access to the apartment, but you MUST DO THE CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK THE NEXT DAY. All guests will be provided with a wristband that must be wear at all times during your stay, to get access to amenities such as pool, gym, etc.

1 GARAGE KEY AND 1 FOB WILL BE INCLUDED FOR ACCESS TO COMMON AREAS INCLUDING POOL / GYM . etc *

* IF GARAGE KEY IS LOST THERE WILL BE A $100 FEE *

Your credit card will be charged via Airbnb if the bed linen and towels are stained and cannot be used again or there are damages to the wall and furniture during your stay.

We do not offer breakfast.

We do not provide maid or room service, laundry, etc during your stay. Your cleaning fee, covers cleaning after your occupancy.

We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
