Beachside Guest Suite Steps from Uncrowded Beach

Small, but comfortable, with an open living room/kitchen; two bedrooms (front w/ full and day bed, rear w/ queen); semi-private patio with partial ocean view; and bathroom with walk-in shower. Covered front porch is great for people watching. Home is one house from the beach, with a wooden walkway over the dunes about 20 yards from the front door. Mini-split A/C in living room / kitchen, wall unit in back bedroom, ceiling fans throughout. No cable TV, but there is free wi-fi and a DVD player that can access your streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.). There is a cold water outdoor shower for rinsing off after playing at the beach. Off street parking and easy walk to several restaurants, bars and an ice cream shop. There is no laundry in the unit, but towels and bedding will be refreshed for stays longer than 3 days, or on request.

Check-in is flexible with electronic access lock with a new code for each stay. Check-out is pretty generous, as well. We rarely do back to back bookings, so won’t rush you out on check out day. Enjoy the beach before you go! Listing indicates 2pm checkout, but let TJ know if you want to stay a bit longer, it usually won’t be an issue.
