Charming Villa Vedra – Perfect Beach Getaway

This is our guest house apartment/in-law suite located above our garage. You will potentially hear the garage open/close and cars pulling in/out through various times of the day/night as we live here full-time. This is a shared driveway with the hosts and we have one parking spot available for 1 vehicle during your stay.

The stairs are located to the left of the garage. Follow the stairs up to the porch with a small outdoor seating area. The apartment itself is approximately 500sqft of cozy living! You are welcome to use the entire guest house apartment, outdoor shower (shared space), propane grill and private beach access. There are 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 beach bag and 4 beach towels for you to use during your stay!

*NO smoking, vaping on drugs on property – inside or outside*

*Inside garage and main house is off limits.

NOTE: This property has ring doorbell cameras on all exterior doors. 24/7 surveillance cameras surround the exterior of the property.

This property is located in a tropical climate zone in Florida. It is possible to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.

Per Airbnb’s listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property.

All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.

We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Airbnb’s Direct Message (DM) system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property.
