About this space

Our recently remodeled guest-room with queen bed and full bath is detached from the main house offers our guest the sweet serenity of a home away from home. The in-ground pool just feet from the sliding glass doors and private entrance on the side of the house. We are just 10 mins. away from Jensen beach and Hutchinson Island, the mall, Publix, Walmart ect.. The area is full of restaurants, to navigate to I-95 is only a 20 min. drive, West Palm is about 30-45 mins!

The space

The location is a very ideal for beach goers and people who are on vacation. Our home is located right in the middle of all the everyday needs. All the shopping centers and US 1 are only about a 10 minute drive and Jensen beach is right down the road. It is a very convenient place to get away.
The detached guest room is one bed room, and a full bath. The guest room has a queen bed, a desk and a closet. Guest will have their own private entrance located through the fence on the right side of the main house, and then the guest house is located in the back yard where you then have your own door into the guest room.

WE HAVE DOGS, PLEASE BE SURE TO CLOSE THE GATE BEHIND YOU. (They will be on leashes but just incase.)

Accommodations and amenities include: desk, storage drawers, wi-fi, TV with only netflix and amazon, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.

Parking is available in front yard along the street.

Guest access

Guest will have access to the back yard, pool and guest suite

Other things to note

We do have dogs at the house and they will be in the main house at all times unless we are outside walking them. They get excited around new people but don’t mind them.

Also we do not have a path from the fence to the guest house yet so you will be walking through the grass when your coming and going sorry for any inconvenience we are working on getting this taken care of!
