Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 1 mile from the downtown Punta Gorda with many restaurants, entertainment, events, and site seeing to enjoy. 3 miles from the airport. Most newly remodeled. Minor imperfections outside after IAN swept through the area. Very livable and comfy inside with outdoor seating in front. This is a house. The garage and a back room are locked off for the owners belongings.

Suite is Coastal themed 2br, 1 shower with comfortable bedding, pillows and blankets, Living room and full kitchen with coffee cart. 3 fire stick TVs. Central A/C and heat with touch screen thermostat. High speed internet.

Guest access

Front yard and right side of driveway for parking. Full living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms and bathroom contained in Suite. Other doors attached to kitchen are owners part time living quarters which are not accessible to guest.
