Location, location, location! Lovely cottage on a quiet street in the historic district just a few blocks from Charlotte Harbor. Cycle (2 bicycles provided) or walk anywhere in the downtown area: Gilchrist Park, Laishley Park, the History Park, library, Military Heritage Museum, Vietnam Wall and Fisherman’s Village offering waterside dining, boutique shops and sunset cruise boat trips.
Punta Gorda was nominated by USA Today in 2020 as one of the top 10 small town food scenes!

The space

Totally updated 1940’s cottage, but keeping the charm with original southern yellow pine floors.
A few steps from the Punta Gorda Pathways that links the Historic neighborhood to Harbor walk, parks and shopping.
If you prefer to spend time at the house there is plenty of outdoor space with fenced yard, front and back porches.

We take great pride in our place and want guests to feel at home, enjoy the amenities and the convenience of being close to the harbor.

The PG Airport-3.5 miles, Southwest Regional Airport Ft. Myers 41 miles .
Beaches nearby: Boca Grande 31 miles, Englewood Beach 26 miles. We provide beach chairs, towels and umbrella for your use.
