The guest suite has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. If the second bedroom is rented the bathroom is shared by the guest. When available we will rent both rooms with a discount so you have the bathroom to your self. The home is 2000 sq feet. You will be able to enjoy the home as it were your own. The home is yours to enjoy. Relax in the 38×17 great room, with beautiful views of palm trees and gardens from the lani.
Want to do some out door grilling, sit around the firepit, or relax in the hot tub, all the spaces are there for you use.

We are as interactive as our guest would like us to be. The home is a split floor plan. We are down the hall on the opposite side of the home. Our side of the home allows us to have everything except a kitchen so unless we are grabbing a cup of coffee or cleaning up the space you will rarely see us unless you invite us.

This is a owner occupied home.

There is a dog in the home. If you read the reviews, Ruger is the highlight of our guest stays. He knows the tour of the home as well as the owners. You won’t hear him bark unless someone rings the doorbell. He is a very low key, rolly polly bull dog.

If both guest rooms are booked the bathroom is shared between guest suites. The guest suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We rent both rooms out separately but on request if its available we will rent the entire suite. The cost will be more than a single room rental but less than booking both rooms seperate.

Due to guest not returning bedroom and bathroom keys we have switched to locks from inside the rooms. There are no exterior keys to lock the bedrooms and bathroom.

We have a fur baby. He is part of the home. Please do not ask us to lock our dog up for your stay. He is a very loving dog and very much part of our lives.

This is our home. We want you to feel relaxed and enjoy your stay. We want you to feel safe and comfortable.
