A baby crib can be placed by request.
The bedroom has a large closet with shelves, drawers, basket for laundry etc.
Spacious living room with the dining and a seating area.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking and dining at home. Stainless steel appliances: stove, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. Dishes, utensils and cookware are complete for 4 people.
The balcony with a park view has comfortable outdoor furniture.
Free Unlimited Wireless internet in the entire apartment.
Dining table with 6 chairs.
The condo is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee only covers cleaning after you leave the apartment (it does not include daily cleaning services)

You can make purchases online and send them to the department but the condominium will charge between 5 and 10 dollars per package depending on the size. We do not have any relationship or responsibility with what may happen with the packages as it is a service provided by the building for your convenience.

ALL GUESTS MUST pay $40 for registration fee, this is a onetime payment per reservation (not per person) for using building amenities.
If arrive after 10PM must pay an addition $50 to the building and $20 to valet.
