Upon arrival, guests will need to pay a Check-In Fee of $41.5 for your entire reservation. All guests staying in the apartment will be required to provide a valid copy of their ID at check-in. The building does not allow any unregistered guests. Maximum apartment occupancy is 4 guests.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, affordable valet services plus building amenities: one of the newest gyms in town, heated pool, convenience store, coffee shop, business center, meeting room.

– One FREE assigned parking space (must register your car at check-in and display parking permit at all times on the dashboard
– Paid Valet parking is also available
– Swimming pool is open daily from 8 am until 8 pm
– Pool deck is open dawn to dusk.
– BBQ is open from 8 am until 10 pm. The maximum use of barbeque is 2 hours
– The washer and dryer are located on each floor by the elevator. A laundry card can be purchased at Front Desk
– Luggage drop off is available prior to check-in at $10 per suitcase
– Trash chute located at the end of the hallway

For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check in:
– Bedding ad towels
– Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and pods
