Close to TPC Players, Jacksonville,TIAA Bank Field, Mayo Clinic, PV Concert Hall, St.Augustine.

The space

Accommodations Overview:
Entire condo to yourself. Gated Community, Fully-Furnished, Linens & Towels Provided, Free-Parking, Wireless Internet, Private Screened in Patio, Central Heat & Air, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Keurig Coffee maker, Clothes Washer/Dryer, hairdryer. Wifi, Smart TV. Two beach chairs and beach towels.

There is a Sawgrass community pool which is located 1.2 miles (5 min by car) from the condo.

Electronic lock on front door. New code for every booking. Code is provided prior to arrival.

This is a studio condo. The maximum amount of guest is 4 which includes children.

Other things to note
-This is a Second Floor condo, therefore it has vaulted ceilings, however there are steps. THIS IS NOT A GROUND FLOOR UNIT. Step in tub/shower combo.
-Parking: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles parked in the designated parking area.
-0.2 m (Roughly 3 minutes!) walk to the beach
-1.5 m to Community pool
-1.8 Sawgrass Village Shopping Village (Publix Grocery Store, restaurants, shops)
-4.6 miles to TPC Sawgrass
