Queen Bed w/attached Bath in Village of the Arts

Cozy artsy bedroom/bath combo in the Village of the Arts, downtown Bradenton FL. This is the guest room in my home, the room and bathroom are private, but the kitchen and entry are shared space. A great place to call home for your Florida adventures. Close to beachs, walking distance to Lecom field, 2 craft breweries and countless bars and restaurants. 5 miles to the Ellenton premium outlets, 10 miles to the Mall at University Town Center.

Smart TV in room free wifi access netflix hulu prime ect. Guests are welcome to use the Kitchen – Coffee, Tea and bottled water available. There is a small comfy work space available in the common area. Bikes, beach gear, maps of the local area and recommendations. End your day with a drink under the lights in what we call the “magic garden”.

This is the guest room in my home,
the room is private, but the rest of the space is shared with me, Im really quite nice 🙂 but I generally take my lead from the guest as everyone has a different comfort level. Im always happy to help you with anything you might need and point you towards fun things to do in the area. You can always reach me thru the airbnb app if you don’t find me around the house. FYI – the room is private, but you are sharing the house with me, so it’s not ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway.😉

Smart TV in room -wifi. Private bathroom “on suite”. Window AC unit in room so you can be as cool as you like. Fan available.
Just mentioning again this is a great place for active guest looking for a place to shower and sleep while on vacation but not super romantic for couples.
