About this place

MED STUDENTS WELCOME Private room in quiet neighborhood with access to a full kitchen and living room. The house sits on a small freshwater canal that is full of life, such as birds and fish. The Smart TV is connected to the internet and signed into Netflix. We are 5 minutes from the Turnpike and 10 minutes from I-95. If you are here for the beach and more of a tropical night life we are within 30 minutes of that kind of fun. House with keypad entrance and your private room has a lock and key.

The space

We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also have extra towels and washcloths located in the room closet. Please don’t hesitate to ask for anything.

Guest access

The kitchen, living room, and laundry room are shared spaces available to guests. There will be a shelf available for food storage in the refrigerator and pantry. The master bedroom and garage are off-limits.

During your stay

One partner will generally be available during the day. We typically are sleeping around 11pm and up between 7 and 8 in the morning. Taylor works from home and is there most days. Paul is a local Realtor and has a somewhat flexible schedule.

Other things to note

The AC is set to 77 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and 74 at night. Guest room may run slightly warmer than the rest of the house.

Xena will bark at the front door every time someone comes in, so be aware of this during quiet hours. She does not bite, only barks.
