Updated in 2021, this unit is fresh and clean. It has new grey luxury vinyl plank floor throughout, freshly painted blue walls, new furniture, 65” TV, sleeper sofa in the living room and sleeps upto 4 people total.

Kitchenette w/ fridge, freezer, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, 2 stove plug in burner, blender, plates, silverware, glasses, Bluetooth speaker and mini cooler for the beach/pool.

Coin operated laundry onsite. $2 in quarters per wash, $1 in quarters per dryer.
