The Conch Shell Beach House on Hutchinson Island

Fully furnished home is equipped with all the basic needs for your stay, charming beach cottage is located in a wonderful unique community of Indian River Point and beautifully decorated in a nautical coastal theme.
The community tennis court is close enough you can watch from our outdoor living space but not so close as to be uncomfortable (we do have racquets available). The community pool is 100 ft. away if the kids and their friends get too rowdy. Fishing is available from the community docks, or wonderful shore fishing from our miles and miles of sand beaches located just a 1/2 mile away. Great local restaurants in Jensen Beach or along the ocean (ride a bike or 5 minutes by UBER), or go a little further (15 minutes) to Stuart for more restaurants, shopping and theatre. Golf courses are everywhere. Jensen Beach is located perfectly for those that want to day trip to Disney or any of the Orlando parks. Just a quick trip south to West Palm and Miami. Get away to the beach!

Please note that after booking this property, you are required to provide us with color copies of Government Issued Photos IDs for every person in your party who is 18 years of age or older within 24 hours of making the reservation. We are required and retain the right to perform a felony background check on each person. Any persons with a SEXUAL FELONY CONVICTION will not be permitted on the property. Full refunds will be granted if this affects your ability to keep your reservation.

All Stays Longer than 28 Days are required a Bi-weekly cleaning at the guest’s personal expense during their stay. A Representative will be contacting you to schedule your cleaning for the duration of your stay. Failure to do so will result and an extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

GATHERINGS : Gatherings of more the maximum number of people allowed in this property at any given time is 6 people. Events and Parties of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
