About this place

The space

The Concha House is a lovely home offering a private room and bath located on the Treasure Coast of Florida. We are located a short drive from Melbourne and Vero Beach, an hour and a half from Orlando.

Sebastian, Florida is one of the great surfing capitals of the world, and the pro tour starts here in each January. Every December Sebastian is also the sky-diving capital with the internationally known “Skydive Sebastian INVASION.”

Our area is also home to Pelican Island, the USA’s first National Wildlife Refuge, and vast nature preserves for kayaking, hiking, horse riding, and so much more.

Other things to note

Meals available, I offer a full breakfast for $15./per person which includes fresh squeezed orange juice fresh fruit coffee tea assorted breads and entree. I can also offer individual meals according to your needs, priced per menu choices.
