The creek is quiet, peaceful and is nestled on a kid friendly street with a 300 foot long driveway. This home is centrally located with world-class golf courses like TPC Sawgrass, spas and plenty of dining and shopping options all in the surrounding area. The historic city of St. Augustine is just a short drive away!

★ One bedroom and bathroom is located on the first floor with direct outdoor access to the pool
